We access your WhatsApp Business messages via Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Message content is processed to detect leads and is not stored beyond 90 days. We do not sell, share, or use your WhatsApp data for advertising purposes.
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Your data is stored securely on Render.com servers with industry-standard security practices. Access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in our application logs.
You can delete your LeadGuard account at any time from the app settings. All your data, including messages, leads, and conversations, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

LeadGuard offers monthly subscription plans (₹499, ₹999, ₹1,999/month). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
LeadGuard is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed leads or lost revenue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
